- How soon will my appointment be confirmed?

- What should I bring with me?
- Bring any previous prescriptions, discharge summaries, and recent test reports (blood work, X-ray, CT, ECG). A written list of the medicines you currently take, including doses, helps a great deal.
- How long does a consultation take?
- A first consultation usually takes 20 to 30 minutes so there is time for a full history and examination. Follow-up visits are typically shorter, around 10 to 15 minutes.
- Is this service for emergencies?
- No. This booking form is for scheduled consultations only. If you or someone with you has chest pain, difficulty breathing, heavy bleeding, seizures, or sudden weakness, go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
- Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
- Yes. Reply to the confirmation message or call the number provided in it at least a few hours before your slot, and a new time will be arranged for you.
- Are online or phone consultations available?
- Yes, remote consultations can be arranged for follow-ups and report reviews. Mention it in the reason field when you submit the form and the team will set it up.
